  • Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the product page

To initiate a return:

  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or was damaged.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.


🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a wrong or defective item, you may return it and place a new order for the correct product after approval.
